The County Bounty Artisanal Soda Co  Napanee, Ontario

The County Bounty began in 2016 as an organic vegetable farm and garden market just outside Picton, in the heart of Prince Edward County, Ontario. After her second farming season, founder Dodie Ellenbogen was gifted a flat of overripe strawberries. Lacking the passion for traditional preserves, she discovered a recipe for fruit cordials and began experimenting with unique, local flavours.
